    St Patricks Day Recipes – Irish Soda Bread {Monday Meals} - 2017-03-06 06:00:00-05

   

A few weeks ago, I tried a new bread recipe.  I thought Irish Soda Bread would be one of a few St Patricks Day recipes to share with you.

If I made this again, I would cook it about 5 minutes less.  It wasn’t dry, but I’d like it to be a bit moist. I made this change in the recipe below.
