But it, often, doesn’t happen that way. Kids are focused on the commercialism. The schedule becomes chaos. Mom is overwhelmed trying to homeschool as she tries to keep Christ the center. Joy and Peace… where is it? If you’re wondering how to find joy, I have a treat for you.

When my kids were young, I often had my own little pity party on Christmas Day because I was burned out. I wanted the focus of my holidays and my life to be Jesus. But activities and life took over.
We finally took a step back and got control of our holidays and our life. Joy and peace came back to our family, our holidays, our home. What did we do to find joy and peace?
